Newsletter - May 2019

Even though my first month as The Maths Mum full time has included the Easter holidays and two weeks of childcare, I’m pleased to announce that I have made progress in a number of key areas.

Firstly, the Upper KS2 Course for Year 5 & 6 is now complete and available to book. Check out the website for scheduled courses or contact me to arrange a course to suit you.

The May 2019 KS1 Workbook - or the alternative date free option of Workbook 5 - is available to download from the website shop. There is a link below. The workbooks are an excellent source of additional KS1 maths reasoning practice ahead of the Year 2 SATS later this term.

I have published my first ‘vlog’ - video blog - on social media and I’m looking into ways to bring my courses to a wider audience via online tutorials. This does require me liking my own voice!

And finally, I am delighted that the “Helping your child with Maths” booklet that I have produced is ready for distribution. I will be targeting the parents of the children attending local infant and primary schools via their book bags over the coming months.
