The power of social media.

One of my besties and social media star - Sarah Roberts of “Don’t be Sorry” - blogged about The Maths Mum on Friday. I had given her a copy of the End of Reception Year booklet as her son Alfie has just finished reception and she said she’d be a willing tester. She was genuinely surprised at how excited Alfie was doing some of the activities and how easy they were to drop into everyday life. She shared the love on a Facebook & Instagram post and on her Instagram stories. Since then my phone has not stopped pinging!

I’ve had over 100 new followers on Instagram, over 50 new page likes on Facebook and lots of messages of support. And my End of Reception Year booklet has been purchased multiple times both as a download and hardcopy!! I’m off to the post office to get them on their way to hopefully some new fans and spreading the love for maths.
